By accessing or using DentiFlow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DentiFlow provides cloud-based dental practice management software, including scheduling, patient records management, billing, claims processing, and related tools for dental practices.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Free Trial
DentiFlow offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. DentiFlow does not claim ownership of any content or data you upload. You may export your data at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
DentiFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
